Program Details
Program Process
Step 1: Fill out the discovery form to schedule a discovery call (2 minutes)
Step 2: Discuss hiring needs with an EIO recruiting expert (15 minutes)
Step 3: Sign Snow-Season Staffing contract and submit payment
Step 4: EIO recruiting team will source and train candidates on health & safety
Step 5: Meet with candidate to approve fit
Step 6: Onboard new hires (assistance available from EIO experts if required)
Step 7: Start moving snow!
Program Specifications
- $1500 flat-rate for general labourer, plow and salt truck operators, and equipment operators
- EIO can source candidates for other roles throughout your team; flat-rate pricing may vary
- Background checks included (including drivers abstract and criminal background)
- Virtual Compliance Training included (WHMIS, AODA, Workplace Harassment, Health & Safety)
- 100% payment required prior to recruiting
- Replacement guarantee available within 5 shifts
